


张润发,博士,8827太阳集团校聘副教授、硕士生导师,兼任山西百吉百科技有限公司科技副总;入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单,获授8827太阳集团“文瀛青年学者”,担任山西电力行业专家委员会委员。研究方向聚焦于人工智能、量子计算与数学物理的交叉理论,主要涵盖智能流体计算(面向水利勘探、生物渗流等领域)和电力能源与机电系统智能优化(面向电网智能调度、机电系统调控等方向)。
近年来,主持国家自然科学基金区域联合重点支持项目子课题、国家天元数学西北中心项目及省部级课题7项。在IEEE TII, RESS, Chaos等上发表SCI检索论文60余篇,其中JCR一区论文超半数,并获10篇ESI高引论文及7篇ESI热点论文;已获授权国家发明专利及软件著作权10余项;担任包括多个IEEE汇刊在内的50余个国际期刊与会议审稿人,现任Mathematics、ADECP、SV客座主编;Optics、JAM、JPEH、JMIM、ITSS、《中国应用数学通报》编委;曾任Paladyn副主编和ISAICS技术程序委员会委员。曾获2022 JSSC最佳论文奖,并于2023-2025年连续入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单。
